the food was absolutely horrible. My fried wantons were so overcooked I couldn't eat them. The sesame chicken was sweet, tasted nothing like how it's supposed to. The wanton soup was bland. The shrimp and broccoli has coagulated sauce mixed on with it. The Lo Mein tasted burnt. Very Very disappointed. First and last time I will be ordering from this place. If I could I would bring back the food and get my money back as we didn't really eat most of it. Definitely do not recommend. So upset we wasted $40 on this garbage.

General Tso tasted like fish and burnt and the refused to refund me my money until fought them!! Will not be ordering ever again from here!!

Portions very small, they did not add extra sauce as I asked. Charged me $2.20 over the menu price for each plate. I had to call them.

Very salty food. Used to order here 8 years ago, not the same any more. I asked for low salt in my sesame chicken, that was the only think that wasn’t horribly salted.

The food was fine but the menu is incomplete. It only allows for the small size to be ordered, not the full dinner portions. There was also only one serving of rice for three orders.

Order was delivered in about 40 minutes, which is completely reasonable in my opinion.The food was fresh and delicious. I am a big fan of the sesame chicken combo. Jade Palace has never disappointed!

I travel 20 miles round trip to the Jade Palace.Only decent Chinese food in our area.I specified I'd be there at 3:10 and I was and the food was piping hot and waiting.

I've definitely had better, but Chinatown, the place I normally order from is closed on Mondays. The SS Chicken was too much batter, not enough chicken. The Eggplant w/Chicken and Shrimp was extremely oily. And the chicken tasted terrible. The Hunan Pork was ok. The pork fried rice included was ok. The egg drop soup was surprisingly tasty. Overall not an experience I would repeat.

I loved their little bag with a fortune cookie, eating utensils, soy sauce, and oolong tea. The place is also very clean and welcoming. Never found a Chinese place like this.

My only complaint is that this is the second time that my order was missing the soda I ordered. Tonight I even called and was told it would be delivered and 2 hours later when I called back it seemed as if they were never told of my missing soda.

Good and always well prepared. At times a little on the bland side. Just ask for it Spicey. Called when they had a question about our order to make sure they got it right. Delivered timely and hot! Our go to for Chinese.
